Many people think of Hanukkah as a holiday of lights and oil for candles. «The menorah burned for eight days with oil that was only supposed to be enough for one day,» they usually say. So supposedly we light Hanukkiah for eight days in a row and eat cakes baked with oil. But the real story of the holiday and its meaning is completely different! Here is what we find about Chanukah in the books of the Maccabees ....

In June 2019, our Jewish Messianic congregation in Munich «Etz-Haim» («Tree of Life») traveled to a similar congregation in Stuttgart, «Adon Yeshua», to celebrate together the joyous Jewish holiday of Shavuot. And on Shavuot, they read the amazing Hebrew story of Ruth (Ruth in Hebrew). This story gives us today hope even in the most hopeless situations. And all the more so if we hear it from the mouth of an eyewitness!

Hanukkah is the Jewish holiday of light and joy, victory over a great enemy and hope for a better future. And these are just the elements we have all been missing this year, aren't they? So it's definitely worth celebrating Hanukkah!

History of Hanukkah

Knowing the main events of the Hanukkah story, we can easily understand the entire holiday and its rituals. Things were extremely tragic for the Jews living in Israel in the second century BC. The Greek king, Antiochus Epiphanes the 4th decided to unite his gigantic empire, stretching almost 5000 kilometers from Turkey to India, forcing everyone to live only Greek culture. Jewish rituals, festivals and belief in one G-d were an eyesore for Epiphanes. To re-educate the Jews, the evil king ordered severe punishments - up to and including the death penalty - for observing Shabbat, circumcising boys, learning Torah, and other practices of Jewish life. The turning point of this horrific violence occurred in 167 B.C., when the Greeks slaughtered a pig as a sacrifice to their gods on the altar of the Temple in Jerusalem. We simply had nothing more to lose!

Matityahu, an elderly Jewish priest, refused to bow to Greek idols and began a revolt against the Greeks with his five sons, who were soon joined by other brave and righteous Jews. After Matityahu's death just a year later, his son Yehuda, nicknamed Maccabeus (Hammer), took over the leadership of the revolt, and, to the great amazement of all involved in the conflict, eventually defeated the incomparably superior Greek army in 165 BC.

The first thing the victors did was to cleanse the Temple in Jerusalem and rededicate it to Adonai. The Hebrew word Hanukkah means «dedication»! Since the victory over the Greeks and the dedication of the Temple did not take place until December, the Jews could not celebrate the great fall festival of Sukkot, commanded in the Torah, an eight-day celebration of G-d's presence and blessing. So they decided to simply celebrate Sukkot in December, which explains why Chanukah lasts exactly 8 days. This is how the primary sources tell it (especially 2 Maccabees 1:9). Read more here!

The more popular traditional explanation states that during the cleansing of the Temple, where the Menorah (menorah) was to burn incessantly, only one undamaged vessel of pure olive oil was found to light it. And it took eight days to make new oil. But instead of postponing the dedication of the Temple for another eight days, the Jews decided to light the surviving oil and hope for a miracle. And so it happened: the menorah with one day's supply of oil burned for eight days until new, pure oil was made.

In any case, in honor of this great victory and the light of hope that shone on our forefathers, we have been celebrating this joyous eight-day holiday ever since!

How to light Hanukkah candles

So, in honor of the eight days of Hanukkah, eight candles are lit - one for each day of the holiday. That is, one candle is lit on the first day, and eight candles on the eighth day. And there are several rules

The candles are inserted into the Chanukiah from right to left.
The auxiliary candle «shamash» is always lit first. But they don't count - they just light the other candles.
The candle «shamash» is lit from left to right so that the candle of the day (n.p. on the third day - the third) is lit first.

She asa nishim:

She-eheyanu (only on the first night of Hanukkah):

«Blessed are You, O L-rd our G-d, Lord of the universe, who gave us life, and sustained it in us, and let us live to this time!»

Baruch Ata Adonai Eloaynu Eloaynu Melech aolam she-eheyanu vekimanu veigiyanu lasman azeh.

Hanukkah dishes

Since the dedication of the Temple required oil to light the Menorah, and the traditional explanation says that the oil for one day burned eight, various Jewish dishes cooked in oil are eaten on Hanukkah. «Первый день седьмого месяца да будет для вас священным — не делайте никакой работы. Это день, когда трубят в трубы.»

С Новым годом Вас! Именно так, ведь уже в эту пятницу, 18-го сентября 2020 с заходом солнца наступает еврейский Новый год, или первый день седьмого лунного месяца 5781 года! Рош Ашана на иврите означает «глава Года» и в себе совмещает как глубокие мысли об очищении своей жизни, так и радость, с которой мы заглядываем в следующий год и просим Б-га, чтобы Новый год, в отличии от старого, был круглым и сладким. Особенно сейчас, в 2020-м году, это весьма актуальная просьба, не правда ли?

Подобные торжества обычно празднуют всей общиной или синагогой. Так делаем и мы, еврейская мессианская община Эц-Хаим («Дерево Жизни») города Мюнхена. Но в связи с сегодняшней ситуацией в мире и ради здоровья всех участников, мы решили праздновать альтернативным путём – по интернету! Все желающие могут подключиться к нам по компьютеру, планшету или даже телефону прямо из уюта своих квартир и праздновать вместе с нами. Это важно, ведь кроме традиционных блюд, необходимо уловить сам смысл праздника и послушать звук шофара!

Итак, для принятия участия в нашем празднике, Вам нужно, во первых, зарегистрироваться (089-44383421) и, во вторых, накрыть дома свой собственный праздничный стол на Рош Ашана.

Как накрыть стол на Рош Ашана?

Очень просто! Вот что Вам понадобится:

Свечи

Как любой еврейский праздник, Рош Ашана («глава года», то есть, еврейский Новый год) начинается с зажигания свечей. Поэтому, приготовьте две длинные, белые свечи, подсвечники, и, конечно, спички.

Вино, сок и хала

Пир Рош Ашана начинается с Киддуша, то есть, благословения Б-га за насыщенную жизнь, символизированную вином или виноградным соком и мягкой, сладкой булкой — халой. На Шаббат хала обычно переплетённая и продолговатая. Но на Рош Ашана, хала должна быть круглой и сладкой – можно даже с изюмом. То есть, запаситесь хорошим, желательно, кошерным вином или виноградным соком и испеките или купите «правильную» халу.

Мёд и яблоки

Продолжая идею счастливого и сладкого Нового года, чего мы друг другу и желаем на Рош Ашана, Халу и яблоки обмакивают в мёд. Мёд обязательно должен присутствовать на столе Рош Ашана. А яблоки можно либо подать дольками, либо даже запечь в меду (рецепт здесь!).

Традиционные блюда

Обычно на Рош Ашана подают разные овощи (например тыква, свекла, стручковая фасоль, морковь, лук), фрукты (особенно обычные и гранатовые яблоки, и финики) и рыбу, как главное блюдо. Рецептов, конечно, очень много, и здесь Вы найдёте несколько хороших советов.

Декорации

Так как с Рош Ашана начинаются так называемые Йомим нораим («дни трепета»), ведущие к самому святому дню в году — Йом Киппур (27-го сентября вечером!), то главный цвет как одежды так и скатерти — белый. Стол также можно украсить яблоками, гранатами, и т.д.

Шофар

Несмотря на то, что все называют этот праздник Рош Ашана («Новый год»), Тора знает этот праздник только как Йом Тэруа («день трубного звука», то есть Шофара). Если у Вас есть Шофар, приготовьте его — он Вам понадобится. Если нет, не страшно — просто будьте готовы услышать звук Шофара на нашем празднике.

Как встречать Шаббат?

If you're fired up about Shabbat and want to bring the peace of Shabbat into your home, it's worth asking the question, «How, exactly, do you celebrate Shabbat?» Everyone is sitting around the set table waiting. What to do now? Where do we begin? What comes after what? Of course, Shabbat night is an evening of joy and fellowship. But we should begin it with some traditions that will help us enter into the peace of Shabbat together and separate this time from the previous week.

The Shabbat liturgy has different elements (actions, prayers, blessings), the order of which may vary slightly from one Jewish community to another. In our family, we are accustomed to following the following short and elementary order of the Shabbat liturgy, which takes no more than 15 minutes and moves seamlessly into Shabbat dinner and fellowship.

1) Lighting of Shabbat candles

Actually, Shabbat automatically begins at sunset on Friday and continues until sunset on Saturday. This fact cannot be changed. But in order to help our perception enter into the peace of Shabbat, we symbolically separate this time by the traditional lighting of candles 18 minutes before sunset. This is usually done by a woman who covers her head with a shawl. In her absence, a man may also light the candles.

Traditionally, two candles are lit 18 minutes before sunset, but you can light them a little earlier. Shabbat candles are usually simple white candles, but in their absence, any candle will do. It is important to ensure fire safety and light the candles definitely before sunset, as lighting a fire on Shabbat itself is strictly forbidden by the Torah:

«do not light a fire in all your dwellings on the Sabbath.»
(Shemot/Exodus 35:3)

That's how candles are lit:

Light two Shabbat candles.
Put your hands to your eyes
Bless the Almighty:

A traditional Jewish blessing:

«Blessed are You, L-rd, our G-d, King of the universe, who sanctified us with Your commandments and commanded us to light Shabbat candles.»

Baruch Ata, Adonai Eloheinu Melech aolam asher kidshanu bemitzvotav vezivanu le'adlik ner shel Shabbat.

Note: With the lighting of the Shabbat candles, you have entered the Sabbath!

2) Blessing of those present

After the lighting of the Shabbat candles and the blessing of the L-rd, there follows a series of blessings by all present:

א - First of all, they wish peace and greet the ministering angels, who bring us the peace of Shabbat with the traditional song «Shalom alaichem malakhei asharat». For karaoke of this song, click HERE.

ב - Next, the children approach their parents (usually their father) who place their hands on their head and bless them:

Blessing of the boys:

«May the L-rd liken you to Ephraim and Menashe.»

Yesimha Eloim kEfraim kekeMenashe.

ישׂימךָ אלהים כאפרים וכמנשׁה

Blessing of the girls:

«May the L-rd liken you to Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, and Leah.»

Yesimeh Eloim keSarah, Rivka, Rachael, veLa'ah.

ישׂימךְ אלהים כשׂרה רבקה רחל ולאה

Blessings over all the children:

«May the L-rd bless you and keep you! May the L-rd look upon you with His bright face and have mercy on you! May the L-rd turn His face upon you and give you peace!»

Yevareheha Adonai vayishmereha, ya'er Adonai panav ela vihuneha, yisa Adonai panav ela vayase l'eha shalom.

יברכך יהוה וישׁמרך, יאר יהוה פניו אליך ויחנך, ישׂא יהוה פניו אליך וישׂם לך שׁלום

ג - After the blessing of the children follows. wife's/housewife's blessing of the house from the book of Proverbs. It is usually said by the husband:

«How to find a good wife? She is more precious than any gems, her husband's heart is sure in her, he will not remain without profit with her, she pays him good and not evil all the days of her life. Whether it is wool or linen, her hands are looking for work. She is like a merchant ship, she gets her sustenance far away. It is still night, and she is already up, so that she has something to feed her family and keep her maids busy. She will look for a field and buy it, she will plant a vineyard, she will get the means by labor. Her thighs are girded with power, power is in her hands. She sees that trade is going well, and her lamp does not go out in the night; her hands reach for the spinning wheel, and her fingers do not let go of the spindle; her palm is open for the beggar, her hand is extended to the unfortunate. The snowfall is not terrible for her family - the whole family is clothed with double cloth; she makes clothes for herself, she is dressed in purple linen and wool. Her husband is known at the city gates, he sits among the elders of his land. She sews shirts for sale, belts for the merchants of Canaan. She is clothed in strength and dignity and rejoices in the coming day; she has a word of wisdom on her lips, good instructions on her tongue; she watches how things are going at home, and does not eat her bread in vain. Her children rise up and praise her; her husband will not praise her: «There have been many worthy women, but thou hast surpassed them all!» Charm is deceitful and beauty is empty, but praise the wife who fears the L-rd, give her what she deserves, and at the gates of the city praise her deeds!»

ד - Well, now the wife can bless the husband with words from Psalm 111:

«AllaLuYa! Blessed is the man who fears the L-rd and loves His commandments. His seed shall be strong in the earth; the lineage of the upright shall be blessed. Abundance and wealth shall be in his house, and his righteousness shall abide forever. In darkness the light rises to the upright; good is he, and merciful and righteous. A good man is merciful and lends; he will give firmness to his words in judgment. He will not be shaken forever; he will be righteous in eternal remembrance. He will not be afraid of bad tidings: his heart is steadfast, trusting in the L-rd. His heart is established: he shall not fear when he looks upon his enemies. He hath wasted, he hath distributed to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted in glory. The wicked shall see this and be vexed, he shall gnash his teeth and fade away. The desire of the wicked shall perish.»
Psalm 111

There is also a custom in our family that after these blessings are over, we say spontaneous prayers of thanksgiving and supplication for each other, for relatives, friends, neighbors, our community, Israel and the world.

3) Kiddush of Shabbat evening.

It is time for the Shabbat Kiddush. The father of the family or Shabbat leader pours wine/grape juice for everyone, takes a glass in his right hand, supports the bottom of the glass with his left hand, and reads the Torah passage (Breishit / Genesis 1:31-2:3) about Shabbat at the creation of the world:

«And there was evening, and there was morning: day six. Thus were the heavens and the earth and all their host perfected. And G-d completed by the seventh day His works which He did, and rested on the seventh day from all His works which He did. And G-d blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it, for on it He rested from all His works which G-d had done and created.»

Vayi'i erew vayi'i boker yom ashishi. Waiַַַַ.аhulu ashamayim ve'ah-aretz v'ekol tzvaam. Vayahal eloim bayom ashvi'im ashvi'im melachto asher asa. Vayishbot bayom ashvi'im ashvi'im mikol melachto asher asa. Vayivareh eloim et yom ashvii, vayikadesh otos. Ki vo shavat mikol melachto asher bara Eloim leasot.

ויהי ערב ויהי בקר יום השׁשׁי. ויכלו השׁמים והארץ וכל צבאם. ויכל אלהים ביום השׁביעי מלאכתו אשׁר עשׂה. וישׁבת ביום השׁביעי מכל מלאכתו אשׁר עשׂה. ויברך אלהים את יום השׁביעי ויקדשׁ אתו. כי בו שׁבת מכל מלאכתו אשׁר ברא אלהים לעשׂות

Next are G-d's blessings for the symbols of His care and prosperity in our lives: wine or grape juice and halu (a sweet, woven loaf). First they bless G-d for the fruit of the vine, a symbol of joy:

«Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who created the fruit of the vine»

Baruch Ata, Adonai Eloheinu Melech aolam boreh pri agafen.

ברוך אתה יהוה אלהנו מלך העולם בורא פרי הגפן

«Blessed are You, L-rd, our G-d, King of the universe, who sanctified us with His commandments, and favored us, and gave us as our inheritance His holy Shabbat, commemorating the Creation of the World. It is the first of the holy feasts, commemorating the coming out of Egypt. For You have chosen us and sanctified us out of all the nations, and You have given us Your holy Shabbat, out of love and kindness, to inherit. Blessed are You, O L-rd, who sanctifies the Shabbat.»

Baruch Ata, Adonai Eloheinu Melech aolam asher kidshanu bemitzvotav v'eratsa vanu veshabbat kodsho be'ah ava uvratzon inhilanu zikaron lama-asei brashit. Ki u yom teila lamikraei kodesh zechar litziyat mitzrayim. Ki vanu baharta veotanu kidashta mikol a-amim veshabbat kodsho ba-ava uvratzon inhaltanu. Baruch ata Adonai, mekadesh ashabbat.

ברוך אתה ה’ אלהינו מלך העולם אשׁר קדשׁנו במצותיו ורצה בנו ושׁבת קדשׁו באהבה וברצון הנחילנו זכרון למעשׂה בראשׁית. כי הוא יום תחלה למקראי קדשׁ זכר ליציאת מצרים. כי בנו בחרת ואותנו קדשׁת מכל העמים ושׁבת קדשׁך באהבה וברצון הנחלתנו ברוך אתה ה׳ מקדשׁ השׁבת

Everyone responds in agreement, «AMEN!».

Now everyone drinks their glass and the blessing of the L-rd over the halah (braided loaf) follows. The father of the family or the Shabbat leader raises the challah (traditionally, two challahs, since the L-rd provided us with double Manna on Shabbat when He brought us out of Egypt - the L-rd's blessing is a blessing. Shemot/Exodus 16:4-5), salts it (as a symbol of the everlasting covenant with G-d- Shemot/Exodus 31:16-17) and says the following brachu (blessing):

«Blessed are You, L-rd, our G-d, King of the universe, who sprouted bread from the ground.»

Baruch Ata, Adonai Eloheinu Melech aolam amotzi leham min a-aretz.

ברוך אתה יהוה אלהנו מלך העולם המוציא לחם מן הארץ

Everyone eats a piece of challah and greets each other on Shabbat with handshakes, hugs and familiar words Shabbat shalom! («peaceful Shabbat» in Hebrew) or - in Yiddish - Gut Shabbes! («a good Shabbat»).

In conclusion «Shabbat Shalom» and other Shabbat songs., and then we can move on to Shabbat dinner and fellowship.

Passover is coming soon! This great, joyful, and delicious holiday celebrating the birth and liberation of the Jewish people begins at sunset on April 1, 2026, and lasts for seven days, until the evening of April 8 (in the Diaspora, it traditionally lasts one day longer, until April 9).

But how can you celebrate it on your own? Find out here!

Basically, Passover is a family holiday that doesn’t have to be celebrated with a large crowd, and it’s always been that way—even 3,500 years ago! Admittedly, if you’ve never celebrated Passover on your own, it might seem overwhelmingly complicated. But trust me, the preparation and execution Песах It's much easier than you think, and it will bring a lot of joy into your home.

Here you'll find all the tips you need to plan and host a wonderful party on your own. It's pretty simple and a lot of fun!

Этим важным вопросом стоит заняться, максимум за пару часов до начала Седера Пейсах, когда дом уже приготовлен (как это сделать можно узнать здесь) и все необходимые пасхальные элементы и продукты куплены (что необходимо приобрести можно узнать здесь). Теперь нужно продумать как порядок (что и как расставить) так и эстетику. Давайте с неё и начнём:

Торжественный белый цвет

Пейсах – это знаменательный еврейский праздник. По этому одеваться стоит по праздничному и стол нужно украсить лучшей скатертью и посудой. Если имеется особый, праздничный сервиз – то он как раз будет к месту.

Каждому участнику необходимы будут салфетки (лучше по две). Это не только часть приличия, но и функции: в нужное время каждый участник должен будет прокапать десять капелек вина/сока из своего бокала на салфетку, поминая 10 египетских казней. Остальные украшения стола могут быть по желанию и вкусу.

Свечи

Как практически все еврейские праздники, Пейсах начинается с зажжения двух свечей (обычно женщиной). То есть, необходимо приготовить две свечи (желательно высокие и белые) и красивые подсвечники. При зажжении читаются молитвы, находящиеся в Агаде (нашу Агаду можно сказать здесь!).

Кувшин с водой

Это необходимо для традиции Урхац («омовение») в начале Седера. Все участники праздника омоют руки, поливая из кувшина в тазик, сначала на правую потом на левую руку, чередуя, по три раза. Для этого, организуйте кувшин с водой, тазик, в который будет сливаться вода, полотенце для рук, и поставьте их неподалёку от стола.

Пасхальная тарелка

Пасхальная тарелка, это, по сути, сердцевина накрытого пасхального стола, украшающая его центр. Если у вас нет такой тарелки, ничего страшного. Используйте вместо неё просто любую большую, красивую (или просто белую) тарелку, блюдо или поднос. Здесь должны быть расположены шесть элементов Седера. Если у вас есть подобная пасхальная тарелка, то элементы стоит разместить по их названиям:

В крутую сваренное Яйцо на слово ביצה (бейца = «яйцо»)
Пеалку с хреном (обычно свеженатёртым) на слово מרור (марор = «горько»)
Кость на слово זרוע (зэроа = «рука»)
Веточки помытой петрушку на слово כרפס (карпас = «петрушка»)
Пеалку Харосета на слово חרוסת (харосэт)
А помытые листики салата (обычно ромэн) или лук (порезанный на шайбы) на слово חזרת (хазэрэт = горькая трава)

Солёная вода

Так как во время Седера нужно будет макать веточку петрушки в солёную воду, разведите достаточно соли в пеалке с водой, и поставьте рядом с пасхальной тарелкой.

Маца

Выложите мацу большими листами (не нужно её ломать) на тарелку. Вам так-же нужно будет сделать мацаташ («сумка для мацы»). Его можно либо сделать из большой бумажной или тряпичной салфетки, или даже из полотенца. Просто дважды сложите салфетку/полотенце пополам, чтобы получить три отдельный кармана. Это и есть знаменитый мацаташ! Карманы должны быть размером с лист целой мацы.

Вложите в каждый карман по целому листу мацы, чтобы в одном мацаташе уместились три таким образом объединённые листа мацы, не касающиеся друг друга. Теперь, положите мацаташ на тарелку с мацой, и поставьте на стол.

Афикоман

В нужное время необходимо будет отломать кусок средней мацы из мацаташа и завернуть его в салфетку. Этот кусочек мацы будет называться – Афикоман. Поэтому, приготовьте и положите на стол белую салфетку для Афикомана (если возможно, то льняную, но любая подойдёт). Во время праздничного ужина (как его приготовить смотрите здесь) взрослые прячут Афикоман в квартире, и просят детей под конец ужина его найти, вознаграждая победителя деньгами или подарком. Если есть дети, этот момент стоит тоже продумать! Ужин заканчивается тем, что каждый участник праздника съедает кусочек Афикомана. Это последняя пища на Седере Пейсах, не считая последующих бокалов вина или сока. Кстати…

Вино или сок

Так как Седер Пейсах разделён на четыре части, каждая из которых начинается с бокала вина или виноградного сока, то стоит позаботиться об их достаточном количестве с расчётом на четыре бокала на каждого участника. Откройте бутылки и поставьте их на стол. Вино или виноградный сок должны быть красными, и желательно, конечно, кошерными. Каждому участнику будет необходим бокал для вина или сока, а так-же стакан для воды. О питьевой воде тоже стоит позаботиться.

Праздничный ужин

Седер (то есть «порядок») Пейсаха состоит из четырёх частей, начинающихся с бокала вина или сока и состоящих из различных пасхальный традиций. Так как праздничный пасхальный ужин подаётся только после заключения первых двух частей Пейсаха, которые могут занять до часа времени, не стоит главные блюда ставить на стол с самого начала. Они могут остыть. Лучше оставить их на малом огне на кухне (осторожно, чтобы не пригорели!) до их сервировки после окончания второй части Пейсаха. (Что приготовить на Пейсах можну узнать здесь!) После ужина тарелки убираются и начинается третья часть Седера Пейсах.

Место Илии

Наконец, только на Пейсах за праздничным столом готовят место для особого гостя, которого уже давно ждут. А именно, пророка Илию, который должен прийти и возместить приход Мессии царя. Просто приготовьте на одно место больше чем участников Седера и положите мягкую подушку на этот стул.

Что подают на пасхальный ужин?

Всё множество традиций Седера Песах, собранных аккуратно в книжице под названием Аггада («история» на иврите), подразделены на 4-и этапа или части. Каждая часть начинается с бокала вина, ну или виноградного сока (как правило красного).

Почему четыре части?

Точно, даже в этом разделении заложен смысл! Ведь перед тем, как Б-г вывел наших предков из египетского рабства, Он дал им четыре обещания:

Передай же сынам Израилевым:

Я Г-сподь! Я уведу вас из египетской неволи,

освобожу из рабства!

Я вас избавлю: занесена Моя рука и страшны Мои кары!

Я сделаю вас Моим народом и буду вашим Богом, и вы будете помнить, что это Я — Господь, Бог ваш, — вывел вас из египетской неволи.
(Тора, Исход 6:6-7)

Именно по этой причине Седер Пейсах поделён на четыре части. Более того, четыре чаши, начинающие четыре части Седера, имеют каждая своё название:

КАДЭШ («Освящение»)
МАККОТ («Суды»)
ГЕУЛЯ («Искупление»)
АЛЛЭЛЬ («Прославление»)

В середине же Седера, то есть, после окончания второй части/бокала Маккот и до начала третьей части/бокала Геуля, подают главные блюда к столу и начинается пасхальный ужин — Шульхан орэх («праздничный стол»). Как мы уже знаем, пасхальный ужин начинается съедением яйца сваренного в крутую (здесь подробнее), а заканчивается съедением «Афикомана», после чего продолжают с оставшимися двумя частями Седера (бокалами Геуля у Аллэль). А что между?

Но в данной ситуации, мы хотим ободрить вас запастись только самым необходимым, и не много времени проводить в магазинax. Необходимые продукты для успешного и вкусного Пейсаха

Великий еврейский праздник Пейсах уже совсем скоро начнётся! И для того чтобы он так-же был радостным и вкусным, нельзя не запастись необходимых продуктами и ингредиентами для всех пасхальных блюд. Этот список поможет вам продумать, всё ли у вас есть для Пейсаха.

Маца

Когда Б-г освобождал наших предков из Египта, они так спешили убежать на свободу, что не стали ждать, пока тесто взойдёт, а напекли пресный хлеб – хлеб страданий – мацу! По этому, с первого вечера Пейсаха запрещено не только есть, а иметь в своём имуществе что-либо квасное, и следующие 7 дней нужно есть мацу.

Вино

or виноградный сок (красные) так-же необходимы. Так как Седер Пейсах состоит из 4-х этапов/частей плюс пир, и каждая часть Седера начинается с бокала вина/виноградного сока, каждый участник Седера должен выпить как минимум четыре таких бокала. Бокалы не обязательно должны быть полными и пить стоит ответственно.

Хрен

обычно свеженатёртый, и соответственно острый! Ведь он как раз помогает вспомнить глубокою горечь жизни в египетском рабстве. Одной баночки вполне хватит на небольшую группу.

Петрушка

Свежая, по веточке на каждого участника праздника. Петрушка напоминает исоп — ветвистую зелень, с помощью которой наши предки наносили кровь пасхального агнца на косяки дверей в Египте.

Соль

Нужно развести соль в воде (по-крепче) и поставить на стол в чаше/пеалке. В нужный момент, все участники обмакивают свою веточку петрушки в солёную воду и задумываются о тех многих слезах, пролитые нашими предки в египетском рабстве.

Харосет

Это сладкий салат или паста из яблок, орехов, чернослива, мёда, вина/сока, с корицей, которые напоминают глину, из которой наши предки лепили кирпичи для египтян. Просто купите ингредиенты, мелко порежьте, и заправьте по вкусу.

Салат

Салат ромэн — ещё один элемент Пейсаха, напоминающий о горечи египетского рабства. Вместо салата, который в древние времена был более горьким, можно использовать шайбами нарезанный репчатый лук.

Косточка

С тех пор, как Иерусалимский Храм был разрушен римлянами в 70 году н.э., приношение жертвенных животных прекратилось. Пасхальный ягнёнок, на самом деле главное блюдо Пейсаха, который тоже был жертвенным животным, соответственно, исчез из Седера Пейсах. О нём напоминает лишь, баранья кость (иногда обжаренная или несколько обожжённая), которая как декорация лежит на блюдце в центре стола. Для этого можно либо купить овечью/баранью кость у мясника (обычно берцовая кость, по-немецки „Schaft Knochen“), либо использовать крупную куриную косточку. В любом случае, кость стоит отварить, чтобы убить все бактерии и очистить её от остатков мяса, а затем высушить. Обжаривание опционально, но предаст нужную символику, так как пасхального ягнёнка жарили на огне.

Куриные яйца

В крутую отваренные коричневые яйца (или если белые, то отваренные в кофе), по одному на каждого участника праздника. Они напоминают ежедневные жертвы, которые приносили до разрушения Храма. Пир Пейсаха начинается с того, что все участники съедают по яйцу.

Пасхальный пир

Стоит не забывать, что в середине Седера, между концом второй части и началом третьей, подают главные блюда (н.п. птица с гарниром) и начинается пасхальный ужин. Выберите подходящие пасхальные блюда здесь и не забудьте купить все ингредиенты. Только очень важно, чтобы все блюда соответствовали пасхальным нормам (читать подробнее).

В городе Мюнхен все кошерные продукты можно купить в магазине Данель (Prinzregentenstrasse 130), а кошерные вина продаются также в Café Exponat (Sankt-Jakobs-Platz 16) или их можно заказать по интернету. Готовые кошерные пасхальные блюда можно так-же заказать в ресторане Einstein (Sankt-Jakobs-Platz 18).
