We are exempt from taxation for the promotion of religious purposes pursuant to the most recent exemption notice we received from the Berlin Tax Office, tax identification number 27/656/53752, dated June 25, 2010, for the years 2007, 2008, and 2009, pursuant to Section 5(1)(9) 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act and, pursuant to Section 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act, from trade tax, and are recognized as serving exclusively and directly tax-privileged charitable purposes within the meaning of Sections 51 et seq. AO.
